Show stealer: This one was an easy call as Irish balladeer Tommy Makem played to a packed Executive Council chamber at the close of a frantic day.It was a great unwinding scene for Lynch’s staff and those who labored for his inaugural, such as Willie Craig, son of former House Democratic Leader Jim Craig.Makem played some of his old favorites, but brought the house down with a patriotic set that included covers for Pete Seger’s “This Land is Your Land’’ and the Shaw Brothers’ “O New Hampshire.’’
