Wal mart update to Candice

Ok so here is a fast update to Canadice being fired.
She stoled $300. from the register the day they cought her but before that what lead up to her being fired was she stole $20. a day from the cash draw, at the start of the morning set up. Her actions coursed a lady in the cash office to be fire because they thought she was stealing and the ap guys taunted her so much she quit.

More Walmart Rants

ok so its been a long time since I have posted on here. That's because I have been posting on my other blog site about my main man Tommy Makem.

I recieved a phone call from Anne today, she asked if ken called me. I said no but you might as well tell me , cuz your gonna tell me what's bothering you anyway. She said that Candice was fired. She said she went to lunch and came back and told ken she had to leave they just fired her.

ken thought she was joking at first but she never came back.

They had Odie call her and ask her why they fired her. She claims that she let someone use her discount card.

I don't believe that is the reason at all. As manager I am aware of all that goes on in my lab. On Sunday the Asset protection guys told me that for the last several days our cash draw was short, $40 or more dollars every day. This was not the first time. A few months ago this was happening and I thought something was up then. I thought it was Candice back then. But just this last week we hired a new guy. He's a real go getter, someone who likes to work and keep busy. Joe is his name, he was with the company for a little more then a year in New Hampshire he transfered from there to my store. I dont know a lot about him just yet, but he seems like he will work out just fine.

In a lot of ways I am glad Candice was fired, all she did was lie and stand there and do nothing all day.

She would say its not my job, i'm good friends with Clara, i dont have to do it. Clara comes to my cook outs and says i dont have to do anything.

When I went to Clara, she said no way, you just dont like her. No i didnt say i didnt like her, i just dont like liar's, cheaters or people who steal.

Ranting and Raving About Who Else Wal-mart

What a blanking frigging day I had.
I came so close to walking out today.
First I walk into the lab and there is a pallet sky high inside the lab area there was also 3 carts piled high...someone wrote a note on it and said needs to be worked. Well, I work my pallets every day so there was no need to put a note on it...or have it out on the floor inside the lab. They could have left it in the back near my shelves in the back room.

OK so if that isnt enough, one of the people who works under me, a new girl named Candice tells me when i ask her to give me a hand lifting 4 boxes to the top shelf in what we call the heavens. they were too big to carry up the A frame ladder and climb at the same time, i told her either i would climb and she could hand me the boxes or she could climb and I hand her the boxes.
She had the Gaul to say to me, Charlie who is the GM said its not my job to go in back and help you. Well, it is in her job description. To help put away the pallets.
So I printed it out for her.
Little Miss Pris then proceeded for the next 3 hours not to do one thing, we had no customers because our printer was down and we could not process any pictures.
In our communication log I have to assign task for everyone to do daily.
I am more then fair with the task, and dont feel I over load them with much to do. For Miss Pris her task was to dust and zone the cameras and batteries. Put one roll of film away and put out 2 cameras. OK so at 11:45 I came out to the lab to talk to a customer about a camera. I noticed she handout done anything I had written down in the book. So I said I see you didn't put away the cameras were you really busy. She said she just didn't feel like doing it and that Charlie said she doesn't have to do it, that it is my job.
I dont think so missy. Now I am ripping...this kid is on a 90 day work probation...in other words I can say she isnt cutting it and have her fired and no questions will be asked.
So after about 20 minutes I take the box of batteries and tell her I'm bringing them in the back room, she decides to put the cameras out and comes back in and says to me they dont fit. I tell her yes they do there is a spot for them. She then proceeds to tell me if you knew there was a spot out there why didn't you put them out. I told her because it was her job to do it.
Which pissed me off so bad I went in the back room and printed out a copy of her job description and highlighted most of it?
As I was walking back out I spotted Paula the DM so I was saying something to her and miss pris keeps interrupting us. Even Paula was getting upset with her. So I proceeded to tell Paula I was being over loaded with pallets and I had no help because it isnt miss prisses job to help me according to her. Miss Pris then turns and said something to Paula and let me tell you Paula put her into her place very fast. She told her never to question me if I ask her to do something, that she is to do it, that I am the manager. I have other responsibility's to deal with. After that miss pris did everything on the list.
We'll see if we have anymore trouble with her tomorrow.

Just before I was leaving another manager came in back and was really mad too. She said here we are a Super Wal- Mart and we cant hire anyone to help. The department managers have to do all the work. So that's when I spoke up and said that is just how I felt today.

There is no communication in the store no one tells anyone anything. Like yesterday, I walked into a pallet with over 500 cameras on it. Tommy tells me that he checked them in for me...so I wouldn't have to look on the truck sheet for them. I thanked him and said I have no room to put them anywhere...he said maybe you can just work some of the pallet.
About 2 hours after he knew I was trying to find room for them, he came in back and was like who broke up the pallet, I said I did. He said oh we could have wrapped it and sent it to the heavens on a pallet. So I worked for a full day making sure to open each packaging box containing 5 cameras in each one. I also had to work the camera cage today to arrange the cameras in there to find more room. So by not telling me we could have someone lift the pallet to the heavens it cost, time, effort and money.
Well, guess I have ranted and raved enough.

Rocky Tomayo

Over you I guess I never will be over you I have tried but it's so hard to do I'm surrounded by the memories No, I never will be over you Time goes by and I'm still holding on Waiting for the day when you come home If you ever change your mind again I will greet you like a long lost friend In my heart we've never reached the end And I never will be over you I will love you ‘til the end of time Even though I know that you're not mine Just as long as there's a chance that I Guess I never will be over you Life's like walking down a lonely street I see you in everyone I meet How I long to see your smiling face Oh, my love for you I can't eraseNo one else could ever take your place And I never will be over you Over you
This is Rocky Tomayo...aka Joe Soto.
He's a profesional wrestler. I'm guessing he's retired now.
Dont know whatever became of him...but sure would love to know.
He was one of the good guys, even though he wrestled as a heel, in real life he was a great guy, I loved him then and still do love him.

Chester The Squirrel

Meet my little buddy Chester Squirrel. He's so cute, he visits every morning. If I'm a little late with his breakfast he actually comes to the sliding door and scratches on it, looking for his breakfast.
When he was a baby, Chester and his siblings would jump up on us as we were trying to get in the house. Luckily they out grew that, because not everyone who stopped by for a visit thought it was as cute as I did.
